All contracts and service agreements with clients outside of Vietnam are made with Neko Venture Partners Limited under the laws of England and Wales unless a specific exception is agreed in an individual contract, change order or master service order. Payment is accepted in the currency agreed with us via UK bank transfer or SWIFT.
Domestic Vietnamese contracts and service agreements are made with Công Ty TNHH Red Penetration Testing Services under the laws of Vietnam. Payment is accepted in VND via domestic bank transfer.
